Surrounding you can find the old town colorful facades, enjoy the long days under the sun and take in the surprise that the narrow streets and lanes of the Old Quarter are almost always empty of tourists, also you can do visit Tabarca, a small island located a few miles from the city which can only be accessed by boat.You can eat a very rich rice and enjoy its scarce but well preserved heritage.

Our Alicante apartments for rent is very well located and easy to arrive by air and road, the accommodation is special for couples, business travelers, and families who wish to spend the holidays or a weekend enjoying the tranquility and climate of the city. We are located close to the city center in Alicante but far enough not to be noisy or overcrowded even in the summer months. The properties are close the most important beach in Alicante with its many bars, restaurants, sun lounges, water activities and endless promenade to stroll along while the sun sets.

Nice place and good service. Very nice apartment, very well located. Would stay again if we come back to alicante.
Top Unterkunft. Der Empfang im Appartement war sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer waren hell und gut eingerichtet. Es wurde direkt ein Taxi für die Rückfahrt zum Flughafen bestellt, welches sehr pünktlich war. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war perfekt.
Fantastic location, right opposite a lovely beach and close to the tram station and Alicante town. We were in constant contact with the owner of the property who very kindly allowed us early access due to our early flight. She was guiding us via text and email on how to locate the property and let us into the property and handed over the keys after payment was made.
Amazing!! The location, the home away from home feeling, at one point we didn’t want to leave the apartment, will definitely stay again.
